My recommendation is sign up for an x10 subdomain, and then park your domain on it, as "park" = alias
that way should something happen to your domain name, for any reason you can still access it via the other name, you just dont tell anyone it :)
Usually ssl is when the server has rebooted, and I have my site on cossacks I cant say Ive seen it anything like that much but certainly I see it when cossacks is rebooted (and its been in the server announcements board)
You can - please see the stickies in the upgrade/downgrade forum as its not a direct thing that they are on different servers, we dont offer upgrade/downgrades to cross the ad/no-ad barrier, in effect you just need to backup your account and request for it to be removed and make a new one.
As you havent replaced the nameservers with ours, the IP I get back for your domain is not one of x10s.
This is another reason why I always recommend using an x10 subdomain as your prime URL, and parking any domains you wanted to host, so that if anything goes wrong it still works.
