Man, if you guys think the forums are bad I wish you could see our support system with the tickets ;). I greatly appreciate everyone's understanding, even with the analogies. Believe me, I do not like moving around thousands of accounts... when we see an opportunity to provide better service...

Most of the on server work is done but we still have some updating to do to our backend. We will also be stress testing some of the servers with changes we have made and tweaking stuff.

Just to note, we are still doing A LOT of work on the servers expect things to not work properly until we're finished with it all.
