Its not uncommon for new account people find that viewing their url doesnt show the welcome page as it should because its cached somewhere. if you have windows try ipconfig /flushdns and clearing your web cache. the welcome page is showing for me for your site.

You can have links to other sites, what you can do is redirect your whole site to another site..
