Other than your site is not currently showing the required ads, it looks to be working ok.. Im not aware of any cpanel downtime.

cpanel shouldnt go offline, its a separate service to any of the others. Your site looks to be working, so your account should be ok.

If your password contains any unusual characters eg "'`/\@ etc there can be issues depending on your client. Try setting your password to something short (between 6 and 8 characters) that are a-z and 0-9 to be sure.

maybe it was having a restart long as its working thats the important thing.

place the relevant files via ftp is a common way to do it, or upload them via the file manager in cpanel.

I dont see a record for an account of kylan on the free servers, I would suggest your accounts been terminated for prolonged inactivity

news.x10hosting.com isnt currently registered, however, I also noticed it hasnt reverted back to the domain available state either. bumping this to level 2 support.

Part of the problem with the ads is that it runs a script on one server and then goes off to other servers I believe to download the actual ads. This will never load as fast as something directly stored on your site.

We would need to know the domain name you requested to be able to answer that.

While that doesnt seem to constitute a question, I believe the answer is yes.
