If you would like all your files deleted, you can go to cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ ), click on File Manager. Make sure you are in the "public_html" directory, select all the files and hit Delete. Don't do this unless you want all your files deleted though.

Once an account is deleted, we can't restore it. vworld01's account still exists. Please post any problems in your own thread.

I see Amateur Radio when I visit your site, not a 500 Error any more. You might want to try clearing your browser cache and flushing your DNS cache to see if that resolves the problem

Your site loads for me, although it has no content on it. If you wish, I can escalate this thread to a support ticket to see if a staff member can restore your account. It appears that after the Lotus/Cossacks to Fris move, your site's files were never restored.

I don't know what is happening to current .x10hosting.com domains but I know that since the Fris account moves, .x10hosting.com domains will not be given to users upon signup.

I would wait until the maintenance on Fris is complete. I think the admins are trying to resolve this issue among other issues as well. See http://status.x10hosting.com/ for updates on the maintenance.

I have no idea why your account was deleted. It may have been because of inactivity or a number of different reasons. Whatever the case is, you will have to choose another subdomain since we do not offer *.x10hosting.com subdomains any more.

Try using http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ The SSL certificate for port 2083 might not be set up yet.

Because if we hold DNS records for all deleted accounts, then there wouldn't be a whole lot of available subdomains for everyone else to use.

Basically, the way the server is set up, it doesn't allow MySQL from anywhere except for that allowed list. Since you were on Fris, and the Fris entry wasn't added to the allowed list, your script was denied MySQL access. Now that your server is on the allowed list, your script is granted...

The DNS records for it have been deleted along with your account.
