It could be because of a lot of things. Mainly, one of our servers is undergoing maintenance and there might be a lot of pending signups in queue before you. Your account will be created soon enough. :)

This has been mentioned before, the account it is on is suspended right now. I'll see if the account can be terminated though. This is not x10 doing this, it it the user who uploaded it.
