DNS info? What info do you need. Your ftp info is the same as your cpanel info. FTP to your sites URL. eg ftp mydomain.x10hosting.com

Im guessing it could be permissions.. Is the folder 755(rwx rx rx), and the files with in it 644 (rw r r)?

Its telling you theres some files in your public_html folder that clash with the file names it wants to use - Im guessing possibly a index.php or index.html Becareful what you delete in there of other names though, if you are unsure, try moving them to a sub folder.

This is a common issue came in with the last version of cpanel I believe.. Bumped to lvl 2 support.

When you sign up you generally get 3 emails, 1 to activate the forum account - which you clearly did, one to confirm you want to make a hosting account, and then one to say its created. If you havent had the last one yet, that could be why its not quite right yet..

Often a problem with perl scripts is that they have windows line ends, not linux line ends - and perl objects to this. Normally if you upload the perl files in ascii format this is corrected by ftp on the way. Are these files in your cgi-bin directory?

Normally images dont show because either the location of the image is incorrect on the site compared to where the HTML is looking for them - or, because its case sensitive on linux, and windows isnt.

Your cpanel is loading for me (although I cant login) your site is loading - so you should be fine.

Most likely its permissions - check the files arent set as 755 or 777, but 644, directories should be 755
