Hello, the easiest way is if you have a backup of all those files on your computer, is to delete the whole H folder from your website and then re-upload all the files to your public_html via File Manager in cPanel instead. :) Saves you having to worry about moving files and things like that.

Hello, if you go into cPanel and scroll half way down roughly, you will see something called "Frontpage Extensions" you must click that button and install front page extensions. This is why it's not working when you try to connect via Frontpage.

Hello, web disk has been disabled for many many months. As far as i know, it's going to be disabled permanently. Also, file manager inside cPanel is no more resource consuming than web disk.

Our stand is what is stated on our website, although unforseen issues may arise that cause a server to either temporarily go down, or require further attention and may be down for an extended period of time. In most cases, our up time is 99% but as i'm sure you're aware of. Nothing is perfect...
