Try this: Go into cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ ) Click on Remote MySQL Add 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' to the list (without quotes) Then try loading your page again. If that doesn't work, the admins are also running a script that will fix this problem on all fris accounts.

All accounts are now automatically set to PHP v2 (Intermediate). shell_exec is probably only offered in PHP v3 (Advanced) which we don't give users access to.

If you are getting 'Access Denied', then yes. You can try going to Remote MySQL in cPanel and adding 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' (without quotes) to the allowed list. That may temporarily fix the problem

I have unsuspended your account since the account moves are complete. It is showing 0.00 MB because permissions aren't right for MySQL so cPanel can't tell how big your database actually is. The admins are running a script to fix the permissions now.
