That's done via the account panel; at the top under Hosting, look for Modify Domain. That'll let you change the Main Domain on the account.

Login to account panel, it's at the top, Hosting>Modify Domain :)

The tricky part is that's not the email showing on the hosting account; it's showing one closer to what your username is on the account itself (your cpanel username). If you can still login to the account panel, look for the Password Reset option - that should change your FTP, Forum, and Cpanel...
