If it's sending out a lot of mail it's possible. Also the maintenance we've been doing could be causing some issues, if you keep having problems with it post back and we can look into it further. -Corey

You have to set the name servers on the domain to x10's ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com You should be able to do this at Yahoo. -Corey

You were previously on paid hosting which does not have restrictions. Free hosting takes into consideration all the accounts and gives an even amount out, if you go above that it automatically suspends the account for a period of time. -Corey

I was able to login... Are you using kirinbow in all lowercase? How did you reset the password?

If you add an additional domain or subdomain to your account that virtualhost also has to be updated with the correct PHP version, this can take 24 hours. -Corey

The tutorial I believe will not work for all templates, it is designed for standard one plus any that use the same type of layout. -Corey

Check the error log in your cPanel to see why it's giving a blank page. We need a specific reason and proof of knowledge of PHP before allowing anyone access to v3 PHP. -Corey

It should be parked now and pointing to a folder called balius.transway.com in your public_html directory

How are you executing it and what is it running under? Perl, CGI, etc?

MySQL has never been down. We implemented a change that stops status scripts from polling MySQL. There were a ton of people constantly 'checking' the status of MySQL so we have disabled it all together. We haven't updated the one in the account panel to reflect this, but MySQL is not down nor...
