Check your error_log in cPanel after you try to go to the page to see why it's showing a blank page. Unless you provided an extremely good reason to get advanced PHP it will be denied. -Corey

If you want it to be a separate site on the same account you'll want to use an add-on domain and not parked. If you're using parked you can not add the delay, you'd have to add a META redirect to do a delay.

Do you have two accounts? It seems the cPanel name linked is rohit

Has it ever worked? Can you verify the database is created and a user is assigned to it via the MySQL in cPanel?
