You don't. Warez and Copyright Infringement, which is what nulled vBulletin falls under, is a zero tolerance permanent suspension. Your access to your account has been permanently revoked and will not be reinstated or backups allowed for any reason.

The domain is locked to that x10hosting account; in order to use it with another x10hosting account you'll have to wait for that account to self-terminate. If you want to use it elsewhere, just update your nameservers to reflect those of your new host.

No results are coming back for username Sammo; if it was indeed terminated there is no way to recover the files as the files no longer exist to retrieve. That's why it's a good idea ot keep backups, especially as the TOS leaves backups as your responsibility.
