Final Update: We have received a work around from cPanel. It's probably not the best solution but looks like it will work. We will be finishing our planned upgrade tomorrow. I have turned the sign-ups back on for now, it will take a bit for it to catch up on the current queue. -Corey

We do not have an ETA as we have no control over cPanel. It is 3rd party software and we must wait for them to fix it. They have been logged in the server working on it since yesterday. We will not be fixing any PHP or Apache problems on any server until cPanel is done. -Corey
