Sounds like you need to create a PHP script and a form to take the information and insert it into the database. There are a ton of tutorials on this, a quick Google search should turn some up. -Corey

I have verified your information works correctly. Login to http://x10hosting.com/login with your forum user\password. If you can login the forums you can login there. Can you see the cPanel page at http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082 ?

Are you able to open the files cPanel sends with a program locally?

It authorizes $1. That means it puts a hold on $1 to make sure the card you use is real. It doesn't actually charge a $1 though. The $1 will show as 'pending' but will be returned to your account within a few days. -Corey

I commented out the PHP_FLAG directive in your .htaccess file, it seems to load now.

I locked your forum folder. It is constantly being exploited and causing massive issues on Cossacks. Whatever software you are running is extremely insecure. I can not allow you to continue to use whatever forum software is there. -Corey
