The reason that you cannot unsuspend it is because it has been permanently suspended by x10Hosting management for a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service.

You are not "banned" but you are permanently suspended for a zero tolerance violation of x10Hosting terms of service. Nulled scripts are not allowed.

So, you are stating that you have a legal copy of vBulletin and you have purchased the required license directly from vBulletin? If that is the case and you are able to prove that you have a legitimate license purchased from vBulletin then I can have this suspension farther reviewed by staff...

Yes, there are currently a lot of reports of 500 errors. I really don't know anything more about it other than staff is aware of the issue and looking into it.
