You were permanently suspended for phishing. Based off the subdomains you've got on there, I'd also go with Proxy and File Hosting, but Phishing alone is enough to keep it permanent. You will not be unsuspended.

First link is loading the forums properly, second errors due to me not being logged in, but that'd also be a sign mysql's up or I'd get some form of mysql error I'd imagine. Have you cleared your browser's cache? It might be storing it from when it -was- erroring.

Break it into smaller pieces, or use FTP to download everything. Breaking it into smaller pieces will mean it has less work to do before the high resource usage stuff kicks in :)
