They have done a massive overhaul of the free hosting servers. Some details get overlooked. The PHP limit had been 64M. You weren't "getting around" the limit via .htaccess. It isn't possible and it wasn't necessary. They are working on restoring the 64M limit.

They are working on the servers and that often means that the PHP memory limit is temporarily set down to 32M, which causes your problem. When they are done working on the servers, they should reset the limit to 64M which will eliminate your above problem. There is no ETA as to when the work...

Exactly what do you need to modify? BTW, you can use cPanel --> phpMyAdmin to do a lot of things to the database, including things like changing the site URL.

They are apparently still working on the servers. The default memory limit for PHP is 32M and the admins up that to 64M (so you won't have that specific problem) near the end of the process.

Gave the system a kick and your site loads now. Remember to clear your browser cache and history (and maybe flush your DNS) before checking on you site.
