You paid $195 for vBulletin and you are going to use it on Free Hosting? If it has a valid license (they check) for your domain, you can of course use it. If you got it from anywhere except the vBulletin site, I suggest you check there that your license/copy is valid before installing it.

They couldn't start proposing these kind of laws if criminals didn't insist on stealing the property of others. Stop warez, nulled scripts, pirated music and movies, knock-off drugs, etc, and the governments cannot propose the laws that usually go way too far.

That site is not linked to this Forum account. So you apparently have at least two free hosting accounts. The site you posted is permanently suspended for a nulled vBulletin script. That is using stolen property. Do not expect to be given warnings or time to recover files or databases.

Go to your WordPress admin section and set the URL to your parked domain.

You no longer can change your main domain (it was causing way too many problems). But you can add your purchased domain as a "parked" domain via cPanel. It will then point to the exact same content as your main domain (and the address bar will show the purchased domain). No "redirection" needed.
