No errors. Just not able to receive. Auto responder is not working and if I send any mail (using thunderbird client) it says sent, but never able to receive any.

Change the name servers of your domain to "ns1.x10hosting.com" and "ns2.x10hosting.com" (without quotes) then add your domain in the "add on domain" section from control panel.

I want to upgrade but just need to settle to some extend then I will think for long term running site ! Alright. so... How much time will it take (maximum) to resolve the issue ? And one more thing... premium account fees is charged monthly or annually ? And do you support paypal ?

Well, the downtime problem seems to have solved ! I can now use ftp and my site is loading aswell ! But the php. error remains the same !! I'm not able to receive any mails/orders !!!

Will this downtime affect the currently being downloaded files by visitors ? I mean if the download has started then the download will break in the middle ?
