You could go inside "report" to check all warnings it found. It basically is files that aren't in the definitions, but seems like using methods a virus does.

No it's not a 403, it's a blacklist. And a CHMOD to 777 wil only give 500 forbidden errors since it isn't allowed. The highest allowed CHMOD is 755. Please post a support ticket at http://support.x10hosting.com
