Logged onto X10 Hosting today and found Cpanel Main Menu unavailable and under "My Websites" a screen saying "You don't have any websites added." Further investigation from x10 Hosting's top page shows my Domain (unsolicited.elementfx.com), Email accounts, and Database (Wordpress) still exist...

Would editing the .htaccess file provide that "solid way" of blocking, or is another file required? Thanks in advance :)

Login and redirection to Cpanel works fine using Safari browser - BUT Safari reports the Security Certificate for x10Hosting cannot be trusted :eek: Could the problem w/ cpanel when using Firefox be related to the trustworthiness of your Security Certificate? Just curious. Thanks.

Not for the entire site - that's "unlimited" - and, while I believe X10 sets an absolute limit on images (1Gb?) I'm nowhere close to that either. Odd, but could be PEBKAC at my end ;-)

Tried to upload 2 images (jpg) to Vox a few minutes ago: Smaller (32Kb) image loaded fine, but larger (992Kb) image failed. Further investigation suggested that uploading an image larger than about 700Kb would fail (an 669 Kb image worked, 800Kb image failed) I've noticed others mentioning...
