    I can see you have not accessed your dashboard in over 90 days until 11/06. This is the reason for the service to be terminated. Before this your service was suspended ( inactive) since 7/10 so for ~120 days your service remained in a suspended state without your acknowledgment of this service...

    This is what your site should be showing as there is no content currently. We can also see you have added this domain as a "pointer" and not a full domain. You would normally want to update this and add the domain directly to your service in order for it to resolve properly to any web content...
