    Resolved Blacklisted

Without more information than "Error", we can only speculate what the problem is. You need to enable error logging and/or printing for your software. It sounds like you're using Joomla, so this would be the process https://www.pipeten.com/support/applications/joomla-debugging-error-logging/

Resolved How do I reset my account/domains

I do believe DirectAdmin will let you delete the old domain after you add a new one. I haven't tested this and I have no way of testing it, but if this screws something up, you can always just add it back again. I'm very limited at the moment without being able to create a new account myself.

    Resolved Blacklisted

The error message on your website would be something related to the software you're running. Without knowing what that software is, there wouldn't be a way to diagnose it. Asking admin to look into blacklist.

Resolved Getting "Domain does not exist" error after cPanel update

Is this your primary domain or an addon domain? You should be able to delete it and add it again if it shows up in DirectAdmin.

It seems to be working for me. Can you try clearing your cache and cookies and try again?

    Resolved Can't Access cPanel

Have you tried clearing your cookies and internet cache? It sounds dumb, but it actually works quite often.

Resolved AllowEncodedSlashes NoDecode in .htaccess file

I did a little more searching and it could be this instead: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Topic:Vt55uu3dvdxrlhop Changing your VirtualHost config would almost certainly not be possible. Also, x10 doesn't use Apache, so I don't know if it would even work.

    New account signup

I was definitely not looking forward to another let down, but I have to let you all down. It doesn't look like free signups are going to be available this month. I heard about some pretty significant setbacks from the admin team. And while premium and VPS hosting have completed some impressive...

Resolved Site goes down EVERY TEN MINUTES

Ok. If you find something, let us know. Definitely skim the error logs quickly for anything abnormal. I don't have a recommendation on a monitoring service because I've had so much trouble with them. And, writing something in a cron job would not be accurate because more than likely the server...

Resolved Site goes down EVERY TEN MINUTES

I'm not seeing a lot of information on what they check or how they're checking it. For example, sending an IMCP echo command to the server (a "ping") may get a reply or it may not. If it does get a reply, does it mean HTTP is working? Or, maybe the server doesn't allow pings and HTTP is working...

Resolved This site can’t be reached

Requesting admin look for firewalled IP. Do not use proxy servers or TOR when accessing directadmin. If you have a lot of failed logins via email, FTP, directadmin, etc. you can be blocked, so please don't attempt to log in many times if the attempt fails.
