    Whitelisting is not an option as that defeats the purpose of security. An old saved, bad, password will indeed cause this ban to occur. Once again it was "Failed IMAP login " that caused the block. I have removed the block once more.

    Are you still unable to access the Hosting Control Panel? I do not see the most recent login IP being blocked by the firewall which would have been the most likely cause. A temp block likely would have released on its own by now though.
