    404 is the correct response as you have issues with the permissions on your files. I have ran a server side command and can see permissions are restored and site loading on our end.

    Your DNS records are pointing to a T-Mobile IP address. Can you confirm if you made this changes? I do not see your IP blocked on our side to access this panel. I have updated the DNS on our end to point correctly to your site and can see the domain loading at this time.
