When your site goes through CloudFlare cache servers, it will not work to have your own domain as the host on ftp (it would try to connect the cache server of CloudFlare as that's where the domain points). Try using the server url for host in FTP. Optionally create a subdomain...

In DirectAdmin, under "Domain Setup" you can enable it for the domain in question. Just click the domain name to reach the option to enable it, it's a small checkbox only to enable.

I have increased your available disk space. Should you come towards 75% of that, and the account is complying with ToS, you can actually have additional extension of space as well.

Currently you can't do it yourself, you would need to request the domain to be deleted here on the forums. You need to tell us which domain you need removed and we'll sort it.

You might be better of seeking advise from those that created WooCommerce, in general we can't support third party scripts (personally I have no experience with WooCommerce). In general, cache plugins can be useful, if configured right. Making sure images are small and properly compressed helps...
