The error code indicates you may be using a commercial network which often means VPN/proxy, neither of which is allowed with free hosting so make sure you are disconnected from any such.

I have increased the diskspace, however you are also close to the Inode limit, which is not something we will increase on free hosting. Our premium hosting does have significantly higher Inode limits however and does not cost a lot either.
