There is no hosting account associated with the forum account you are currently posting from. I need your domain name or the DirectAdmin username in order to look into this for you. You can send me a PM if you prefer to keep these private.

Are you by any chance connected to a VPN or proxy? The error indicates you are connecting from a commercial IP which usually means that one of those are in use. This is not allowed with free hosting so make sure you turn any VPN or proxy connection of before attempting to login.

The country you are in is one we currently do not allow new users from, but as an existing user I have just set an exception to your account and you should now be able to login properly.
