    The servers are being worked on, last update I had was that x13 was nearly done, and the others had the process started. Until the servers are completed errors will occur and files will appear missing, we do have backups so everything should be restored properly in the end.

    For the panel you will need to use the terra.es one when requesting the reset, you can absolutely change it once you are in however, the email for the hosting panel was never changed (I don't have permissions to see what you have on the forums btw).

    Looks like you are trying to get a password reset for an email that is not in the system so it looks like you may be using the wrong one to reset the password with I can confirm however that the email used for the hosting is indeed in the system, it is a terra.es email address.
