    Both domains work fine for me and show the same content. I'd say it is likely a combination of DNS and cache, clearing browser cache (or forcing a reload without cache, often done by pressing ctrl+f5), can help.

    No, when using our name servers those are updated automatically. The only time a user need to update an A record is if they use a third party name servers (ie cloudflares, the registrars or any other service)
