The /sp is what was added when you elected to install the software. You can remove the install and when you re-install sitepad make sure to remove the adding /sp it includes inside the "domain" url for the install itself.

What mistake was made? We are not able to delete services based on resource usages to re-create. Normally issues can be resolved without needing to do this.
I do not see the error we can see that you transferred files successfully and that the client then timed you out after the transfer? You may also switch to passive mode on the FTP client to see if that helps.
The domain on your account is not using our nameservers or pointed via DNS at all. Please make sure you update the nameservers or DNS as indicated on your panel.
Your service is not suspended we can see your site online.
If you are getting an error code when accessing our dashboard that is not the same as an account suspension and you would need to provide the error code in our normal general free hosting support forum for review.
