That means that there is a problem with classes.php, not MySQL. Try using Fantastico or Sciptaculous installers for WordPress instead.

Your starcore domain name is not registered at co.cc . You have to go there and sign up for it and set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com ns2.x10hosting.com
