You're on the stoli server, so I can confirm that MySQL is the problem. As far as I'm aware, it went down yesterday sometime-I don't know if it got fixed again, as I'm in the UK and needed to sleep :).

I'd say it's nothing to worry about. You'll probably find there has been some problem which makes cPanel lose the settings. I'm sure it will fix itself eventually :).
