What is your site? There are ongoing issues with MySQL on some free servers. Please be patient, admin are aware of the issue, and are working on it. :)
As long as the domains are added in your cPanel, yes. This way they do automatically point to specified folders anyways. As long as you're not reselling/giving away hosting, you're fine. I've said this because I notice your site title is "Private Web Hosting Area".
The domain http://www.earn-or-save.com is not hosted by x10, and the second link loads fine.
Try clearing your browser cache, flushing your DNS, and try again.
What are your site(s)?, and I will try them from my end. As far as I am aware, there are no issues with Chopin or Starka....so it must be the content on your site. :)

Your site is on stoli, and stoli is currently having LOTS of problems. Please be patient. As far as I am aware, admin are looking into the MySQL failure, but there are some issues on premium which take priority. :)
