This error is usually seen as a result of a recent domain change. Please give it a further 24 hours. If the issue is still not resolved then, please post back here and we will investigate further. Also, you may want to try flushing your DNS, not just changing the servers. :)

These changes take a while to go through x10s systems, and can then take a further period of time to apply. If you look in the pending actions section of your control panel, you should see the domain change in a queue. Keep an eye on this, but it should eventually be processed and apply...

I see. Sorry about that. :) If you have a different password for the forums and cPanel, it is likely your forum password is the correct one. Have you tried to work out some combinations? Also, have you tried the "Login to cPanel" button in the hosting section?

You should be able to reset the password for cpanel from there. Try clicking "Hosting" in the header once logged in. :)
