Your site loads within a second for me. Maybe the issue was temporary. Your site is on Starka, and that particular server has had a high load for a few hours. You may be feeling the aftermath.

Have you tried sending the email you are trying to receive from various different email accounts? Some may be filtered out by spam blockers.

Probably not a bug, it may be something to do with the technology of the software itself, but I'm not sure. I think the FTP limit is 12MB, but I'm not 100% sure.

The files on your account are your responsibility. This is a zero tolerance suspension, and so you cannot be unsuspended.

Your site also loads fine for me. I believe your issue may be as a result of an earlier issue. Please give it some time to stabilise, but things should be back to normal fairly soon. Sorry for the inconvenience. -stpvoice :)

I think there is a limit on FTP file sizes. Have you tried uploading with the cPanel file manager?

The rule is to help bring down the number of proxies on hosting-this makes for less abuse on the server, and as proxies require a lot of requests etc, should speed up the sites of legitimate users.

Try going into your account panel at https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php and clicking "Hosting" in the header. You should then see a button saying "Login to cPanel". Try clicking that. -stpvoice. :)
