are you using a username in the form name@domain.co.cc ? If so that would be an ftp account you created in cPanel which only have access to one specific directory located INSIDE the public_html directory Try using the exact same username and pass as you use for logging into cPanel.

When you filled out that signup form (http://x10hosting.com/free-hosting-signup), what hosting user name did you sign up for? If you didn't fill out that form, all you have is a forum account.

are you connecting with your cPanel username, or with an account you have setup in cPanel? If the later that would likely open up the folder you appointed to that ftp user, most likely the folder for an addon domain.

What is/was the username for your cPanel? If the account had been suspended for long enough to be terminated, paying the fee would have no affect, nor would that automatically unsuspend the account a request would still have been needed through the account panel.

We have Zero Tolerance for nulled scripts, which is also a violation of US copyright laws. The suspension is permanent meaning all access is now revoked.

The fact we blocked the country is the exact same you got suspended. Sadly, your country is one of the ones with high frequency of abusers. We do not allow any kinds of proxy scripts to be installed on our free hosting server.

vBulletin is not forbidden if you actually bought it and have a proper license for it. Trying to use a nulled (pirated) version of it like you did is forbidden though. Having a nulled version would also be breaking US copyright laws.

You'd need to link to an external download, preferably the official one, unless you have written permission to redistribute that program.
