Intent to use. We use preemptive action here. We have scripts that monitor what files are being uploaded, and can catch ones relating to proxies, nulled scripts, etc. Why would you upload something if you're not going to use it?

Your domain transfer had nothing to do with this. We are moving from Cossacks, to a new cossacks. The hardware on old cossacks is failing, so we have to essentially evacuate the old server to the new one. :)
