Why not just use CUPS? I'm not seeing why you need windows drivers, especially two different versions of them... Then again, I don't do desktop Linux that much..

We have scripts that monitor what files are being uploaded, and can catch ones relating to proxies, nulled scripts, etc.
Why would you upload something if you're not going to use it?

You can upload these files using an ftp client, such as filezilla (http://filezilla-project.org)
