Seem likely to be due to the upgrades, the password simply didn't stick on cPanel. Clearing finished actions would not affect how they were carried out. Try logging into your account panel with your forum account and request a password change again.

Hello, Databases will be intact, likely scenario is that they are safely stored on our remote sql server, but cPanel fails to connect and hence don't see them. Under all circumstances there's backups as databases are backed up daily.

Hello, I did go through your account and check, and I did find a nulled script in your update folder. Due to this the suspension is not going to be lifted. Nulled scripts come under our Zero Tolerance policy.

Hello, You need to upload your websites files to your public_html folder. You can do this with ftp or through the filemanager in cPanel. If it's more then just a couple files it is easier to use ftp.
