were you able to confirm the e-mail address? After confirming the e-mail it takes a little bit before the account is actually created.

I found no record of that user name. When did you sign up for it? I noted that your join date for the forums are recent so I'm thinking setup of your hosting account could have failed, in which case you'd need to sign up again. Have you ever been able to access hosting account?

The account were found in termination logs, it was terminated on November 19th after being in a suspended state for more then ten days. Unfortunately I have no way of checking the suspension reason for an account already terminated, but apart from inactivity, high resource usage is a likely...

what is/was your cPanel name? Please note suspension for inactivity is not the only suspension reason that eventually can get your account terminated.

@td2009 Oh yes, I saw the flags. And I also saw that you are using Google translate service for your translation, which is prohibited and thus your account is still in violation of TOS.
