yes, jsut add another domain as an addon domain. You can not create an additional x10hosting related sub domain, but there's a few services out there that offers free (sub) domains, http://co.cc is one for instance. The addon domain will reside in its own sub folder to public_html

paying for the inactivity timer to be off, only protects about suspensions for just that. The account can still be suspended for breaking the TOS, which is what has happened in your case.

there's no hosting account linked to your current forum account. If you have been inactive for a long period it may have been deleted. To find out for sure what's going on we need to know your cPanel name.
