That would likely be due to your public_html missing. I could perhaps create a new one, with proper permissions, and you could set a simple index.html file in there, however once they get to your account anything you put in is likely to be overwritten by the restore process.

Yours should also be sorted now. Note though that your server, x12, is not yet fully restored so may see weird things in DirectAdmins file manager and the site itself may present errors.
