Did you try going to the control panel? There's only one control panel through which you manage all the domains you have on your account, the landing page will only list the main domain for your account. From what I can see the domain you have added in your account is a slightly different one...

I see this for my account as well, I have also sent a message to higher up staff that should be able to take a look, have not heard back yet though.

The domain works fine for me, no odd redirects or anything. If you still see that odd behavior could you please try and clear your browser cache? On a side note, I find the text hard to read on that background, especially when the wood has a bit darker grain behind the text on parts of it.

Your account is not suspended for inactivity, the suspension reason should be displayed in your account. However given the reason I can say for certain that it would not be lifted as it is a serious breach of our ToS.
