The way cPanel see it is it counts both normal mySQL databases, but also adds in the postgreSQL when showing how many you can have, which in this case would be 2 of each, resulting in cPanel showing 4. However, postgre is not really available on free hosting at this time.

You can only chose to downgrade to 5.3 which is the version we had prior to the upgrade.

You might need to clear your browser history, (and in some cases flush dns cache) that is a placeholder shown while the system gets updated with what to show on the domain. If you do nothing it will eventually work anyways, but doing the above might speed it up a little as it sometimes gets...

Hello, Just had a word with a higher administrator on this, you would need to use the cloudflare plugin inside cPanel, that will take care of all things needed. It is not possible for us to set the name servers to theirs on the free sub domains provided by us.

You'd need to open up a suspension appeal through the account portal, that is the only place suspensions would be handled.

Did look up on the account based on your forum username, and it seem the account was indeed terminated after having been suspended for 14 days. The termination occurred on February 25th. You can create a new account and upload any backups you have, unfortunately that would be your only option...

Only logging in to the account portal would count as activity, we do not track who is on your site in any way.

As long as you log in on the main site you are essentially logging into the portal, although directed to the cpanel/x10basic. At the top though you should see a couple links, one of them called "Account Settings", which should take you to the settings.

When I visit your domain I am redirected to google. You would probably need to clear browser cache as that "website coming soon" probably has got stuck there, it is unfortunately not uncommon for it to do so.

I'll see if I can find a better one not sure I have any other versions myself, there's no official one released as far as I know. I got a hold of that one a couple years back (might be longer since though).
