    Each individual is only allowed 1 free hosting account, so the answer to that is no. If you on the other hand refer to having more then one site up on your account then yes you can, this is what addon domains are for.

    I have left a message for the admin that has been involved in developing the basic theme that installs made through softaculous in full cpanel doesn't show. As mentioned above, for now if you installed through softaculous with the full cPanel you would need to use that for maintaining the site.

    What is the domain you are trying to use that the system says exist, and what username (or email) are you using to login when the system tells you that your account doesn't exist? Those pieces of information would be very crucial in order to help you with this matter.

    As mentioned by essellar, there's a proper protocol to use for appealing a suspension. I'd also like to add that requesting support from a forum account NOT associated with the domain you ask for support about will also not work, you'll have to make the support request from the proper forum account.
