That is your cPanel; you just happen to be using our custom "Basic" cPanel theme. You can switch to the standard cPanel theme by clicking "Switch to cPanel x3" in the top right corner :)
Are you still having these problems? I logged into your cPanel from the backend and accessed your phpMyAdmin - it loaded in a matter of seconds and an Export (backup) downloaded in 3 minutes?
Hi, are you running any extensions/addons that could be affecting this? If not, please could we see any logs in the developer error console? I'm not able to reproduce this on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer.
I've now restored your databases. However, for security reasons I have deleted your MySQL database's user, as the password it was set to is definitely not a secure password. ;)
Once you recreate and reassign your database user, your WordPress install should be working. :)
It is very likely that your account has indeed been terminated due to inactivity, as no action was taken within a long period of time. You are free to create a new account if you wish and restore any backups you may have. :)

If you're using FileZilla, there are options to prevent this happening. In your Settings, in "Transfers", please make sure "Maximum simultaneous transfers" is set to 1.

Unfortunately there is no way for us to even have a valid security certificate for your domain in this way. Your client is checking the domain, so we would have to essentially buy a certificate for every domain - not exactly something feasible!
