Since you just created the account, and with that the domain, I'd say that your problem most likely is due to dns propagation. It can take up to 48 hours for newly created (or changed) domains and sub domains to be fully working. One way that can possibly speed it up is clearing browser cache...

Please check your configuration file. The database host MUST be 'localhost'. Previously it may have worked with similar to servername-mysql.x10hosting.com, this will no longer be working.

if you have wp supercache plugin that one is known to cause high resource usage (basically most cache functions can trigger high resource usage suspension as the content grows). The first step for you would be checking plugins, and disable those you don't really need, excessive usage of plugins...

Yes, Starka will have a new IP. Due to this it may take a little while before DNS is fully propagated. Last report about starka at http://status.x10hosting.com/ said it was mostly done, but there were some things left that could cause hiccups in the process.
