    yes. Softaculous may or may not be fully configured on the servers that were migrated, I don't think it is top priority right now, getting the servers to run smoothly (as in being stable) would be first priority.

    For the record, the hosting account you are talking about is linked to the forum account hillspk2 All support requests should be made using that forum account. Also it is that forum account you need to login with at least once every 31 days to keep your account active.

    If your sever was not completely migrated when you made the change it is possible that the change was only on the old server, which would be the case if your account were transfered but dns was not updated yet

    Create your own support thread. Your problem does sound as some things about your account didn't transfer right, so that needs an administrators attention.

    Appears as your domain (halo-hub.com) wasn't properly updated on the name servers. If you still have problem reaching your site, please try flushing dns cache.

This is nothing strange about that, the two servers have been combined and are now Chopin. http://starka.x10hosting.com:2082/ has been directed to Chopins IP and should work...
