I'll escalate this so an admin can take a look. Normally suspensions for nulled scripts are permanent. To help your case please login to the support area and provide proof that you have a valid license.

Note that logging in to the forums only protect against inactivity suspensions, your account could have been suspended for another reason and eventually have been terminated if the suspension was not resolved. To find out what has happened we'd need to know what your cPanel name was.

were you able to confirm the e-mail address? After confirming the e-mail it takes a little bit before the account is actually created.

I found no record of that user name. When did you sign up for it? I noted that your join date for the forums are recent so I'm thinking setup of your hosting account could have failed, in which case you'd need to sign up again. Have you ever been able to access hosting account?

I'm sorry, but when an account is terminated, it means all data is deleted.

The account were found in termination logs, it was terminated on November 19th after being in a suspended state for more then ten days. Unfortunately I have no way of checking the suspension reason for an account already terminated, but apart from inactivity, high resource usage is a likely...
